1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rampage Media website at rampagemedia.app and, where applicable, the services Rampage Media provides. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are general in nature. Where a customer has entered into a separate written service agreement with Rampage Media, that agreement may contain additional or different terms governing those services. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a separately signed client agreement, the terms of the signed client agreement generally apply to the services it covers.

Exact inclusions, pricing and deliverables may vary according to the customer's selected package, proposal, order or agreement.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver services effectively, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate business content, necessary access and reasonable cooperation. This may include:
- Supplying accurate business and contact details
- Providing appropriate content, such as logos, photos and text
- Granting reasonable access to accounts, systems or information where required
- Responding to requests and providing feedback in a timely way
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to Rampage Media — including logos, images, text and other content — are used with the necessary permissions and rights.
4. Website and Software Access
Certain Rampage Media services may provide access to CRM, communication, automation or other software functionality. Where access is provided:
- Login credentials should be kept secure and not shared inappropriately
- Customers are responsible for the activity of authorised users on their accounts
- Customers must not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation
- Access may rely on third-party technology providers
- Features may evolve or change over time as platforms are updated
Underlying third-party software and platforms are owned by their respective providers and are not owned by Rampage Media.
5. Third-Party Services
Rampage Media's services may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure. These may include providers used for:
- CRM and software infrastructure
- Hosting
- Domain services
- SMS and telecommunications
- Payment processing
- Analytics
- Automation
- Other technology providers
The availability and functionality of third-party services may occasionally be outside Rampage Media's direct control. This section does not remove any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Fees and Payments
Pricing, setup fees, recurring fees and other charges will be communicated before purchase or specified in the applicable proposal, order or agreement. Any specific commercial terms — including amounts, billing arrangements and payment timing — are governed by the customer's selected offer, checkout terms, proposal or service agreement.
7. Recurring Services
Some Rampage Media services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Where a service is recurring, the price, billing frequency, cancellation arrangements and any minimum term should be clearly disclosed before the customer agrees to purchase. Specific recurring terms are set out in the relevant proposal, order or service agreement.
8. SMS, Email and Communication Services
Where Rampage Media configures communication systems for clients — such as SMS, email, missed-call text-back or automation — clients remain responsible for using those systems appropriately and for complying with applicable laws and consent requirements. Rampage Media does not provide definitive legal compliance advice, and clients should seek their own advice where unsure.
9. Customer Data
Customers may upload or collect customer information through the services we provide. Customers remain responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority to provide and use that information. For information about how Rampage Media handles personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
- Rampage Media retains ownership of its own branding, systems, templates and materials.
- Customer-provided logos, photos, text and other materials remain the property of the customer or the relevant rights holder.
- Third-party software, platforms and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
- Project-specific intellectual property arrangements — including any licensing of custom website work — may be set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
These Terms do not automatically transfer ownership of a client's existing logo, photos or business content to Rampage Media, and do not create any ownership arrangement for custom work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Acceptable Use
Customers must not misuse our website or services. This includes:
- Illegal activity
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Fraud or misleading conduct
- Unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- Introducing malicious software
- Abuse of communication or automation systems
- Infringing the rights of third parties
12. Service Availability
Rampage Media aims to provide reliable services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly where services depend on internet infrastructure and third-party providers. Occasional interruptions, maintenance or third-party outages may occur.
13. Results and Marketing Disclaimer
Rampage Media provides tools and services designed to support business marketing, lead management and customer follow-up. We do not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads
- Revenue or sales
- Google rankings
- Customer conversions

Results vary based on factors such as market conditions, the business offering, competition, customer response, advertising activity and how the client uses the services. No outcome should be relied upon as guaranteed.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rampage Media's liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with our website or services is limited in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including where relevant any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the extent set out in the relevant proposal, order or service agreement. No arbitrary liability cap is stated in these Terms.
15. Termination and Cancellation
Cancellation and termination rights may depend on the applicable service, package or agreement. Specific cancellation arrangements, notice periods and any applicable terms are set out in the relevant proposal, order or service agreement.
16. Changes to Services or Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
